While the Denver Broncos’ opponents for the 2023-24 NFL season have been known since the conclusion of last regular season, the future came in to focus and the new season feels that much closer with the release of the official 18-week NFL schedule.

The first season of the Russell Wilson era was up-and-down, to put it nicely, as Denver finished with a 5-12 record in a year where they did not own their own first round pick. But the Broncos doubled down, trading away even more draft capital to secure former New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton in a trade.

Denver opens the 2022-23 NFL season with a home matchup against their AFC West rivals, the Las Vegas Raiders, on Sunday afternoon in Week 1, and then face the Raiders again in Week 18 on January 6 or 7.

The Broncos will play in primetime four times in the upcoming season: twice at home (against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 11, and the New England Patriots on Christmas Eve in Week 16) and twice on the road (a Week 6 Thursday Night Football matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs and a Week 10 Monday Night Football game against the Buffalo Bills.)

The Broncos have a pretty even mix of home and away games throughout the season: never staying in Denver for more than two consecutive games, and never hitting the road for more than three games at one time. Besides a December three-game road trip, Denver has only one other stretch of consecutive road games in Week 3-4.

With the schedule announced, about four months remain until the start of the 2023-24 NFL season. Read on for the Denver Broncos 2023-24 Schedule and if you’d like to see more Broncos content, be sure to connect with Sak Sports Blog on Twitter or on Facebook!
