Week 13 of the 2022-23 NFL season resulted in the most shake-ups to my weekly Power Rankings in over a month.

With Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs falling to the Cincinnati Bengals, the #1 spot was up for the taking. Was the win by Joe Burrow and company enough to propel them in the conversation, even at 8-4?

Or will the Philadelphia Eagles re-gain the top position for just the second time this season after improving to 11-1? The 10-2 Minnesota Vikings have a case too, as well as the always powerful 9-3 Buffalo Bills and the red-hot 9-3 Dallas Cowboys.
