Fourteen weeks down and just four remain in the 2025-26 NFL season. What was once a crowded, muddy picture (check back to early Power Rankings from this season) is really coming in to focus with just a few weeks left in the regular season.

First, there’s the best of the best, the cream of the crop that has experienced very few, if any, roadblocks this season. The New England Patriots, Denver Broncos, Los Angeles Rams, and Seattle Seahawks have been dominant from nearly wire-to-wire this season. All four teams win in different ways, and the Broncos in particular like to keep things interesting, but with a combined 42-10 record, these four teams have been powerhouses this season.

Right behind them, the San Francisco 49ers, Houston Texans, Buffalo Bills, and Green Bay Packers all have strong records as well, but may have experienced a “rough patch” or two over the course of the season. But with Power Rankings being about who has the best team right now, these teams all help round out this edition’s Top 10.

The Pittsburgh Steelers, Detroit Lions, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Los Angeles Chargers are all seeing their stock rise at the right time, with the 2026 NFL playoffs in sight.

On the other hand, Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles, Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens, Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs, and Baker Mayfield and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are all fading at the wrong time: threatening to leave these playoff-tested quarterbacks on the outside looking in come January.

The Indianapolis Colts, an early-season darling, are fading fast, as the AFC South front-runner has lost Daniel Jones for the season with an Achilles injury, leading to their fourth loss in five games.

Which teams have what it takes to keep rising towards the end of the season, with Super Bowl 60 in the crosshairs?
