NFL 2025: Week 10 Picks

2025-26 NFL action continues in Week 10, with plenty of hard-hitting matchups.

The best games of the week include an NFC West clash, with the 6-3 San Francisco 49ers hosting the 6-2 Los Angeles Rams, an interconference battle between the 7-2 New England Patriots and 6-2 Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and in an important AFC South battle, the 3-5 Houston Texans hosting the 5-3 Jacksonville Jaguars.

This all leads in to two big primetime matchups. First, on Sunday Night Football, Justin Herbert and the 6-3 Los Angeles Chargers will host Aaron Rodgers and the 5-3 Pittsburgh Steelers in an AFC midseason heat check. Then on Monday Night Football, Jalen Hurts and the 6-2 Philadelphia Eagles travel to play Jordan Love and the 5-2-1 Green Bay Packers: the winner will have a shot at first place in the NFC.

Sakmann Sports Game of the Week New England Patriots (7-2) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-2): There were a lot of candidates for my Game of the Week pick, including both the Sunday and Monday Night Football matchups, as well as Rams-49ers. But here we have two teams off to very hot starts: Drake Maye’s New England Patriots are 7-2, tied for the best record in the NFL, but Baker Mayfield and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have balled out despite some injuries for a 6-2 record. Tampa Bay is still wounded, but should be competitive in this game nonetheless. Patriots win 24-22

New Orleans Saints (1-8) at Carolina Panthers (5-4): Panthers win 24-17

Jacksonville Jaguars (5-3) at Houston Texans (3-5): Texans win 23-20

Arizona Cardinals (3-5) at Seattle Seahawks (6-2): Seahawks win 33-22
