Week 7 of the 2024-25 NFL season is filled with high-octane, must-see matchups: pitting some of the best teams and quarterbacks in the league against each other, as each game starts to mean just a little more.

It’s hard to say which game is the biggest of the week, but I went with C.J. Stroud and the 5-1 Houston Texans taking on Jordan Love and the 4-2 Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field my Sak Sports Blog Game of the Week. Other candidates included the 5-0 Minnesota Vikings hosting the 4-1 Detroit Lions, a Super Bowl 58 rematch between the 5-0 Kansas City Chiefs and the 3-3 San Francisco 49ers, and a Monday Night matchup between the 4-2 Baltimore Ravens and 4-2 Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The week kicks off on Thursday Night Football as Bo Nix and the Denver Broncos looking to bounce back from a home loss preceded by a three-game win streak. Spencer Rattler and the New Orleans Saints will be desperate for a win themselves, after dropping four straight games following a 2-0 start.

The NFL really treats its UK fans on Sunday morning, as the New England Patriots and Jacksonville Jaguars (in the second straight week of their London residency) meet with a combined record of 2-10.

Sunday Night Football should offer a first look at Davante Adams in a New York Jets uniform, as Aaron Rodgers and company hit the road to take on a surprisingly good Pittsburgh Steelers team, led by spurned former Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields (or will it be spurned former Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson?)

Finally, on Monday Night Football, ESPN has scheduled another doubleheader: Lamar Jackson and the 4-2 Ravens taking on Baker Mayfield and the 4-2 Buccaneers at 8:15 PM ET, followed by Kyler Murray and the 2-4 Arizona Cardinals hosting Justin Herbert and the 3-2 Los Angeles Chargers 45 minutes later.
