Shortly after adding the Beyond Burger to their nationwide menu, Denny’s will offer customers a chance to try the plant-based burger for free. With the purchase of a beverage, guests will receive a free Beyond Burger (which regularly goes for $10.99 or more depending on location.)

The promotion will run from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m, at participating locations and while supplies last.

The burger, in partnership with Beyond Meat, adds to the meatless options available on Denny’s menu. A veggie patty is also available, but Beyond Meat is engineered to be high in protein, imitate the taste of meat, and be free of animal products.

As served, Denny’s Beyond Burger is vegetarian but not vegan, containing a slice of cheese and non-vegan All-American sauce. By removing these two elements, the burger would meet the standards of a vegan diet.
